Kintape application of upper arm for sports

Hi,

It is so many sports needs strengthen the shoulder muscle. 

what is the 15th kintape applications for Like:

  • Basketball, badminton, pingpong etc.
  • sports needs upper limbs's strength like sumo and wrestle
  • Sports need deltoid muscle strength

The steps of taping 

  •  Cut a 20cm length I type kintape 
  • Apply the first 5cm without stretch on the top of shoulder. 
  • Stretch 120% or lesser (do not stretch over the bottom edge of deltoid muscle) to the outside of shoulder. 
  • No stretch of the last 5cm
