 So what is the range of this kintape application for?
  • Jogging 
  • Step forward during badminton

The taping guide as following:

Cut a 15cm-length kintape,   as a I type kintape. 

Stretch the middle of I type(the length could hold the whole the ball of foot) apply to foot.  then taping the two side without stretched.
